Frequently Asked Questions

About Liza's Yoga Classes

What are your yoga classes like?
Liza's hatha yoga classes and prenatal yoga classes have the perfect balance of restorative and challenging postures. All classes begin with a few minutes of meditation and end with 10 minutes of sivasana (relaxation). We enjoy a variety of poses, with something different each week. In some classes we practice specific pranayama (breath) exercises, although attention to the breath is central to all classes. >>Liza's yoga class schedule
Can I come to your classes if I've never done yoga before?
Yes, my classes are for all levels and I pay extra attention to new students. However, I highly recommend taking the Beginning Hatha Series.

Where are your classes located?
