What are your yoga classes like? Liza's hatha yoga classes and prenatal yoga classes have the perfect balance of restorative and challenging postures. All classes begin with a few minutes of meditation and end with 10 minutes of sivasana (relaxation). We enjoy a variety of poses, with something different each week. In some classes we practice specific pranayama (breath) exercises, although attention to the breath is central to all classes. |

Can I come to your classes if I've never done yoga before? Yes, my classes are for all levels and I pay extra attention to new students. |

What should I bring to class? Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and bring a bottle of water. If you have your own yoga mat, you may like to bring it, however we have mats and props for our students to use. |
